📦 Shipping Policy for Kazan Kart

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Please allow extra time during peak seasons (festive months like Holi, Diwali, etc.) when processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (if available): Delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and the total weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

4. Free Shipping (Optional — Only If You Offer It)

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over ₹[XX] (e.g., ₹999).

5. International Shipping

Currently, Kazan Kart may or may not support international shipping.

  • International shipping costs and any import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Tracking Your Order

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the supported regions listed at checkout.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise noted.
    If you enter an unsupported address at checkout, you’ll be notified before placing your order.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos of the damage. Our support team will help resolve the issue.
